1Part 1: 叙事升级——把故事说到考官"听得进去"
Q2 是 Interview 里最考验"讲故事能力"的题。5.5 分的学生讲的经历信息正确但无聊，6.0 的学生讲的经历有画面、有起伏、有感悟。
① 开头：一句话设定场景（而不是"I want to talk about..."）
5.5 分标配："I want to talk about a time when..."——模板感太强。6.0 分的开头直接把镜头拉到场景里。
时间切入
This actually happened back in my second year of high school.
这件事其实发生在我高二那年。
情绪切入
I'll never forget the day I almost gave up on joining the debate team.
我永远不会忘记那天，我差点放弃了加入辩论队。
反差切入
So this is kind of funny — I used to be the shyest person in any room.
说来有点好笑——我以前在任何人多的场合都是最腼腆的那个。
对话切入
My friend looked at me and said, "You're really going to quit?" — and that kind of changed everything.
我朋友看着我："你真的要放弃吗？"——那一刻改变了一切。
💡 原则：开头永远不要用 "I want to talk about" / "I would like to share" — 直接进入故事，考官自然知道你在讲经历。
② 叙事五要素——让 45 秒有起承转合
一个完整的 Q2 经历应该包含五个节拍。不需要每个都展开，但都得到场：

💡 时间分配：场景3秒 + 冲突8秒 + 行动12秒 + 结果8秒 + 感悟8秒 ≈ 39秒 + 开头收尾 = 45秒
③ 细节注入——让故事"有人味"
5.5 和 6.0 的差距，80% 在细节。同样的经历，加不加细节天差地别。
5.5分
"We had a group project. Some people didn't do their part. I organized a meeting and we finished on time. I learned teamwork is important."
→ 毫无画面，像在念报告
6.0分
"We had a group project — five people, three weeks, one presentation. By week two, two members had basically ghosted us. So I messaged everyone, we met at the library on a Saturday, and I made everyone write down what they were actually good at. Turns out one person was great at design, another at research. We restructured everything that night and ended up with the highest score in the class."
→ 有人数、有时间、有动作（写下来）、有转折（turns out）、有结果（highest score）
三种必杀细节：
- 数字细节："five people, three weeks" — 一句话信息量爆炸
- 动作细节："I made everyone write down what they were good at" — 不是"我们讨论了"
- 感官细节："Saturday at the library" — 时间+地点=画面感
④ 感悟表达——从"我学到了..."到自然收束
5.5 分标配结尾："I learned that teamwork is very important."——像小学生。6.0 的感悟融入叙述，不说教。

2Part 2: 建议题——给建议也是讲故事
① Q2 两种题型：经历题 vs 建议题

💡 建议
题的核心技巧：不要只说"I would advise my friend to do X because..."——用一个小故事来支撑你的建议。比如"我当初也面临过一样的选择，我做了X，结果是..."。这样建议就有了说服力。
② 建议题开头：从"I would advise"到自然引出
共情型
Oh, I've been in exactly that spot before — so here's what I'd say.
我完全经历过同样的处境——所以我会这么说。
直接型
If they came to me, honestly, I'd tell them to go for it.
如果他来问我，说实话我会告诉他放手去做。
故事引出型
Actually, my roommate went through the exact same thing last year, and what he did might be useful.
其实我室友去年也经历了完全一样的事，他当时的做法可能有参考价值。
辩证型
It really depends on what kind of person they are, but generally speaking, I'd lean toward...

③ 建议题+故事示范
5.5分
"I would advise my friend to take the part-time job. First, he can earn some money. Second, he can get work experience. It will be helpful for his future career. So I think he should take it."
6.0分
"Oh, I'd definitely tell them to go for it. My roommate actually did exactly this last year — he was hesitant about a coffee shop job, worried it'd eat into study time. But he took it anyway, and it turned out to be the best thing for him. He met people he'd never have met in class, and honestly, having a reason to leave the library actually made him more focused when he was studying. So based on what I saw with him, I'd say the experience is worth way more than the money."
亮点：用室友的故事做论据（不是空谈建议）、"eat into study time" 地道表达、"the experience is worth more than the money" 收尾升华。
3Part 3: 满分示范 · 对比分析
题目：Describe a time when you had to make a difficult decision.
5.5分
"A difficult decision I made was choosing my major. I was not sure between business and computer science. I thought about it for a long time. Finally, I chose computer science because I like technology. It was difficult because my parents wanted me to study business. But I think I made the right choice."
→ 信息完整但毫无起伏，像在读填空题答案
6.0分
"This happened right before college applications were due. I'd been set on business for like two years — my parents were both in finance, so it just felt like the default. But then I took a coding class on a whim, and... I don't know, something just clicked. For the first time, I was actually excited to do homework. The hard part wasn't the decision itself — it was calling my dad and telling him I was switching. He went quiet for like ten seconds, which felt like forever. But once I explained why, he was surprisingly cool about it. And looking back, that ten-second silence was probably the most nervous I've ever been — but also the most worth it."

And the whole way, she was just talking about random stuff, the weather, some TV show, like nothing was wrong. It sounds small, but that day completely changed how I see kindness. She didn't owe me anything, and she chose to be late so I wouldn't fall apart."
亮点："completely drowning" 口语夸张、"somehow managed to get lost" 自嘲、"like nothing was wrong" 动作描写、"she didn't owe me anything" 升华感悟。
题目：Your friend is considering transferring to a different university. What advice would you give?
6.0分
"If they came to me, I'd say — before you transfer, figure out what's actually making you unhappy. I almost transferred in my second year. I was convinced the school was the problem. But then a mentor told me to make a list of what specifically I was unhappy about. And when I actually wrote it down, none of it was about the school — it was about the major, and honestly, about me not having made any real friends yet. Once I switched majors and joined a club, everything changed. So I'd tell my friend: make sure you're not running away from something that'll follow you anywhere."
亮点：用自己差点转学的经历做论据、"make a list" 具体建议、"running away from something that'll follow you anywhere" 金句收尾。这就是满分建议题的结构：建议 + 个人故事 + 升华。
